As winter brings thoughts of warmer climates, the cruise companies are throwing us a life saver and putting their cruises on clearance.   The deals being offered right now are incredible!  The cruise lines have to sail and are offering amazing deals to fill their rooms.

Carnival Cruise Lines, and Royal Carribean have dropped their fuel surcharges for all their lines.  To give you an idea, Carnival has 3,4 or 5-day cruises starting at $199, get a 3-night cruise to the Bahamas on Norwegian Cruise Lines for as low as $169,  and on Disney Cruise Line, kids sail free on most 3-night cruises.

If you’re still trying to figure out where, or even if, you can take a family vacation this year, check out the bargains being offered.  Cruising is a wonderful way for a family to travel.  Everybody is together, yet has opportunities to go off on their own now and then.  More and more ships are adding children’s amenities to accomodate the rise in Family Cruises.  Many ships have activities  and separate pools just for tots.  Read more about our tips for choosing the right cruise.  There are also whole websites, like CruiseCritic, devoted to choosing the right cruise.
