Kids Spread Their Wings at The MN National Air Guard Museum

Imagine your little pilot in the cockpit of a real C-130 Hercules!
It could happen at the Minnesota Air National Guard Museum. Located just outside Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport, this salute to Minnesota’s Air National Guard is a flyboy (or girl’s) dream. Over 20 real military aircraft are arrayed around the Museum’s AirPark, and on Open Cockpit Days, kids (and their parents) can climb aboard.
Jay-Jay the jet plane’s got nothing on this.
Retired flyers in uniform show you around, both outside and inside, where your kids can get up close and personal with an ejection seat, flight simulators, aircraft engines, military jeeps, and more. The Museum is kid and parent friendly, with snacks, a gift shop, and a family friendly admission policy: a suggested donation of $5 for adults and $3 for kids.
