In one of the (many) candy shops in Downtown Disney we saw these skilled artisans making designer caramel apples and other confections-on-a-stick.

I was so intrigued as to how they make the ears and eyeballs and such that I took this behind-the-scenes photo, too! Can you see the marshmallows on top?

They look so fun! And yummy!!
