This site is authored and published by stay-at-home-mom, Stephany Wiestling.  That’s me.   My hubby travels often for work.  To spend more time together, our son and I tag along as often as possible.  Most times we are in a location for 1-3 weeks, so we really get to know the place.  It also means the tourist stuff gets expensive, fast.  We definately hit the attractions, but we also enjoy finding the hidden gems that the locals know and love.

When researching our next trip, I search the internet and contact locals for the best advice.  I’ll share all the best nuggets with you before, during and after our trips.  I’ll share travel news that affects parents and family vacations.  And I’ll share funny travel stories, like how I found out my 2 year old prefers blondes.  Hopefully these will help your next trip be as enjoyable and stress-free as ours.
