If you’re looking for a couple of fun family activities in Jacksonville, FL this weekend and next, check out these two suggested by Jennifer at VisitJacksonville.com.  They’re sure to get you in the Halloween spirit! 

Spooktacular at the Jacksonville Zoo & Gardens. Oct. 22-25 & 29-31, 6:30 – 9 p.m. Pumpkinville comes alive with hundreds of pumpkins, fun, candy and excitement!  Enjoy trick-or-treating at 12 candy stations, music, dancing, food, giant slides and bounce houses and see some of your favorite zoo animals. Harvest Moon Festival at Tree Hill Nature Center.   Oct. 24 from 5-10 p.m. The quintessential family fall festival with trails haunted by ghosts, owls, witches and zombies; a vampire goats petting zoo, hay rides, scarecrows, bobbing for apples, pumpkin pie eating contest, chili cook-off and a green-theme costume contest.
