Nassau Bahamas: Which Atlantis Resort is Best for my Family?

If you are planning a Bahamas family vacation and considering accommodations, Atlantis is THE place to be for any family, and with your choice of 6 different places to stay on their mega-resort properties, you might have a tough time choosing. Whether you have a toddler, tween, or teen, Atlantis has it all for every type of family, and will ensure a fabulous family vacation in the Bahamas they’ll never forget. Read on to find out which Atlantis resort is best for your family.

WORLD’S OF DISCOVERY AND ADVENTURE FOR  KIDS

Imagine vacationing on Paradise Island from the perspective of a child … An enormous underwater world of sea creatures and “gazillions” of magic marker colored fish; a playful universe of fountains, waterfalls, waterslides and swimming pools; buried treasures on beaches “as big as forever;” entire rooms full of delicious to eat treats; dazzling lights and fantastical shapes, huge intriguing spaces, instant smiles and new friendships. For kids, ‘tweens and teens the resort isn’t simply a “place” to play with Mom and Dad, it’s a wondrous expedition of the mind and imagination—a trip into fabulous new worlds to be explored and understood. There may be no resort in the world better suited to children’s love of discovery than Atlantis, with its incomparable ruins of an ancient lost world populated by schools of sharks and manta rays; with waterslides and water rides, beaches and swimming pools, its remarkably diverse play activities.

here’s a little snippet,

If you’re traveling with younger kids, are looking for a quieter area, or just want to save a little money, I would recommend considering a stay at one of the smaller guest rooms in the Beach or Coral Towers,

She goes on to say a lot more about their time spent at Atlantis, and many other insider tips that are super helpful. Thanks CiaoBambino! See the rest of their post here.

I gathered from the post that Royal Towers and Imperial Towers are the elites of the bunch, and Beach Towers and Coral Towers were better if you want a little more quiet and want to save a little cash. But really, it depends on what type of family beach vacation you want.

For an upscale – place-to-be-seen-heart-of-Atlantis- family beach vacation go Royal Towers or Imperial Towers, and for quieter, more laid back Atlantis family vacation, choose Beach Towers or Coral Towers. The Harborside Atlantis is even more secluded with family villas and such. Read on to see more about each resort.
