Nobody likes being sick on vacation. Over on Sniffle Solutions, we found a list of common ailments, how to avoid them, and what to do if you can’t.
Here are some examples:
Earaches, how to avoid them:
On the plane, “Give kids something to suck on, like a lollipop, bottle or pacifier.”
Swimmer’s Ear, what to do if it happens:
Water stuck in the ear canal after a day at the pool is painful but easy to treat, says Pollack. Try making a mixture of half vinegar and half water. “A couple of drops in each ear canal help to dry it out faster,” says Pollack.
Sunburn: Avoid it by using SPF 30 and reappyling often, but if it’s too late, apply cool compresses to soothe the skin and moisturize to keep it from peeling.
And above all, stay hydrated. Little bodies get dehydrated faster than grownups, so keep the kids drinking plenty of water and avoid caffeinated drinks since caffeine makes you lose fluids.
wonderful post keep posting.
thanks for share this great thread.
From time to time, always encounter earaches one way or another. I just remedy this disease by taking antibiotics and of course ear healing oils derived from herbs. `,””
