Of course Mall of America® is an amazing shopping destination… it is a Mall after all!  But one of the greatest things about this particular mall is all the great shopping experiences for kids!  Teens and tweens will find themselves right at home naturally, but even young kids -boys and girls alike- will enjoy a day of shopping at any of these great kid-friendly stores (in no particular order).

The LEGO® Store

This LEGO store has been completely remodeled, from the smallest detail to the larger-than-life models -including a 34 foot tall LEGO robot!  Find all the latest sets and minifigures, stock up on single pieces from the giant Pick-a-Brick wall, and don’t miss the portholes that showcase several freehand creations throughout the store.  Take a break to play at one of several play tables, including one with computers to design and share your own LEGO creations online!  Members of LEGO Club can meet once a month for exclusive building projects.
Hours: M-Sa: 10am – 9:30pm, Sun: 11am – 7pm    Phone:  (952) 858-8949

Rainforest Cafe® Gift Shop

Find tons of rainforest animal themed toys, clothes and gifts here – including a mini- Build-A-Bear Workshop featuring rainforest animals.  The entrance is so fun too, with the animatronic crocodile, python, butterfly, and more.  Shopping items include clothes and toys, but also dinnerware and cups, along with books (including sticker books), puppets, and educational items.
Hours: M-Sa: 10am – 9:30pm, Sun: 11am – 7pm    Phone:  (952) 854-7500
