Easter brunch in Cielo Restaurant & Bar and the Mississippi Room on the 8th floor offers breathtaking views of the Gateway Arch and features more than 70 exquisite items and multiple action stations. The mouth-watering line-up includes fresh oysters, shrimp, crab claws, sushi, carved plum glazed ham, lamb, a wide variety of pastas, a pancake station and breakfast station to name a few. Don’t forget to save room for dessert, where the temptations include salted caramel chocolate tarts, vanilla éclairs, milk chocolate pot du crème, tiramisu, fruit tarts and more. Cost is USD 87 for adults; USD 35 for children (5-12); and is complimentary for children under four.
